1) By Bank Transfer or EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer)

You can transfer to any of our accounts (TL) in Akbank, Finansbank, Garanti Bank, T. İş Bank and Yapı Kredi bank.

2) By your credit cards via our site

You can benefit from the options of an online single payment with any of your credit cards or online installments from Akbank. In your online payments, the amount will be withdrawn from your credit card at the end of your order. In case of order cancellations due to possible order cancellation or stock problems, the refund will be made to your credit card within 3 working days.

3) Refund of Order Price 

In case of cancellation of your orders due to possible reasons; Biliana Doll refunds the product price to your account and/or credit card within three working days. However, you are required to notify your bank account information and/or credit card information accurately and completely to our company's finance officials.  

4) Delivery 

We make an effort to deliver the products you have ordered to the shipping company on the same day. For the products that take time to provide, the duration of shipping delivery is 3 business days as specified in the product details. You will be informed in case of a possible delay in delivery. 

In order to ensure the delivery of the product without delay, please notify the address of your location during the day as the delivery address. 

Your demands will be put into process to be prepared according to the delivery type you have determined at the end of the order. The products will be shipped from our Istanbul-centered company through a contracted shipping company. Upon the approval of your orders, they will be delivered to the Shipping company at the end of 2 (two) business days at the latest. 

You can consult our customer representative and ask about different delivery terms. Also, shipping deliveries are only valid for Turkey.



5) Payment Tracking 

In the event that the relevant system is unable to perform the transaction due to any problem, our visitor is informed of this situation at the end of the payment page. 

In case of any error at the specified address, the orderer is contacted regarding the order that cannot be delivered.

The validity of the e-mail address specified by our visitor is confirmed by an automatic e-mail sent after the order is transferred. 

We have a responsibility not only to the customer but also to the bank of which we use the credit card system in terms of the realization of the delivery.

Open and check the packages that you think are damaged during shipment in front of the company representative. If you believe that there is any damage to the product, do not take delivery of the product by having the shipping company keep a report. 

After the product is delivered, it is accepted that the shipping company has fully fulfilled its duty. 

If the product is damaged: Notify the report you have prepared as soon as possible and explain the situation to the e-mail address

If you follow these steps, we will begin working on your package and make sure it is re-delivered as soon as possible.
